OMG I think they have gone out of business and I’ve lost my data

I have tried to find a way to contact this company. When I upgraded my iPhone it wiped the data from my phone. when I went to pull a back up from the site, the site is GONE. I’m hooped, don’t buy this! Can’t even report a problem. ugh.
